Completing my time in the US Army
The Army was really the start of my adult life. I enlisted right after 9/11 for many reasons. I served overseas in Iraq and South Korea. While serving, I learned and fine-tuned many of the skills I have today.
Senior Network Engineer
and IT Manager
Highly motivated detailed orientated individual
seeking a leadership role in a challenging IT position.
My work experience, education, certifications, and service in the military have prepared me well to contribute to any organization's success. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles and working as a team player, my motivation to succeed and help others to do the same is what sets me apart.
Listed below are just just some of the important skills I have developed over the years. By self development and working side by side with talented people I have been able to improve upon and expand the things I can do.
I wanted to list a few accomplishments that are important to me. I can think of many, but here I consolidated down the list to four.

Receiving my associates degree was a great feeling of success. I graduated top of my class with a 4.0. But I have to say, getting my Master Degree was definately an accomplishement I will never forget. Being the first in my family to do so.
After completing my graduate degree and getting my CCNA, I was given an oppurtunity to manage the Florida Turnpike's Enterpise Network that coverd the entire state of Florida and to lead a team of 8 network admins. This accomplishment made me feel like all my hard work and education was worth it.
This may not seem like a big deal but to me it is. I had to think a lot on this. Do I continue on as a Senior Network Engineer and hone those skills? Or do I expand my capabilities to include AWS cloud? I am glad I made the decision and receiving my AWS Cloud Certification allowed me to expand my oppurtunities.
My apologies, still working on this section.
